One-Stop Equipment Export Service (Client H)

Case Introduction: The continuous updates and changes in the international industrial manufacturing landscape have led to the iteration of many new industrial chains, making equipment export trade business increasingly common. Our advantage lies in providing optimal and effective delivery through professional one-stop services. We originated from the supply chain, rooted in import and export customs affairs, and our strength is understanding customer needs and providing one-stop services to ensure delivery. Client H had an export trade order concluded under the DDU mode, requiring delivery of 80% new used equipment overseas. However, used equipment involves many import certificates and required inspections when declaring for import overseas. Under the DDU transaction mode, Client H needed to bear more trade service risks, such as import customs clearance at the destination and delivery at the destination, especially local customs clearance, which can easily cause problems if not handled carefully. Solution Introduction: Starting with a preliminary understanding of Client H's needs, we planned in detail for the export and import customs clearance of used equipment based on its particularity, including equipment classification and packaging. We also planned the logistics arrangements in combination with the client's order flow and customs clearance process, and prepared in advance for the import requirements of used equipment at the destination. Finally, we successfully completed import customs clearance and delivery. Results: Client H's orders are now delivered on time, and the client is very satisfied with the high-efficiency completion rate, leading to an expansion of order volume.

Overseas Factory Construction Material Transportation (Client Z)

Case Introduction: Client Z undertook an industrial park in Country T, which involved numerous materials for construction, including equipment materials, building materials, installation materials, and even furniture. How to effectively arrange import and export logistics and ensure timely delivery to guarantee project progress has always been a headache for Client Z. Solution Introduction: Different materials have different export and import requirements. First, we classified the materials into commodity-inspected materials and non-commodity-inspected materials, and customized different logistics solutions. Second, based on the project schedule, we directly connected with suppliers to reduce communication costs, directly followed up on supplier deliveries to ensure they could deliver materials as planned. Finally, we followed up to the last mile, providing real-time tracking and reporting of cargo arrival, customs clearance, and distribution to ensure project construction progress. Results: Client Z's project has successfully completed 2 factory buildings, with more than 20 more buildings to be constructed in the future, and we will continue to provide follow-up services. Battery Air Transportation (Client X)

Case Introduction: The client was not familiar with and did not standardize the packaging for air transportation for their first shipment. Their cargo was repeatedly rejected by airlines, and they incurred costs for packaging rectification. The loose packaging and inappropriate pallet usage resulted in a large number of damages during multiple loading and unloading operations, leading to many abnormalities. Solution Introduction: We became involved in 2018 and provided multiple training sessions to the factory on the correct use of UN boxes and dangerous goods labels, as well as packaging for loose cases and pallet shipments. For the issue of rough handling and damage at Indian airports, we assigned personnel to supervise and guide the loading and unloading on-site. Results: The cargo now meets all airline standards, and we have achieved zero damage during loading and unloading at Indian airports.
